Mr. Eric Lloyd is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Before the acquisition of Wachovia, Mr. Lloyd worked in Wachovias Global Markets Investment Banking division and served on the divisions Operating Committee where he had various leadership positions, including Head of Wachovias Global Leveraged Finance Group since 2021.
