He joined Brunello Cucinelli Group in 2006 and initially worked in the company Financial Department, where he acquired experience in investment planning and control. In 2007 he combined his position as a Retail Planning and Control Manager with his function as the reporting person for the legal affairs of the group, and he also worked in the Human Resources committee. In 2011 he worked also as Group Sales Manager for mono and multibrand networks since 2011.
