Mr. Alexandre Lehoz Mendonca de Barros serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Minerva SA. He gained a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo in 1990 and a Doctorate in Philosophy in Applied Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo in 1999.
