Prior to joining Belgacom, Mr. Lybaert served as an officer with the Federal Police, where he reached the position of LieutenantColonel and Director of the AntiTerrorism Program. Mr. Lybaert is a member of the Board of directors of BICS, Proximus Foundation, Proximus Art and Proximus Opal. He also has external mandates at Bednet and Explio since 2014.
