Mr. Rubenstein qualifications to serve on our Board include more than 33 years of experience representing financial institutions and their boards of directors in a wide range of corporate transactions involving negotiated and contested mergers and acquisitions, privately negotiated investments and restructuring transactions, the structuring and issuance of complex securities, and governance and regulatory matters. since 2017.
