Mr. Nils A. Ollquist is a President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Borneo Resource Investments Ltd.on the Merger Date. Since 1993, Mr. Ollquist was the Managing Director of OFS Capital Group, a company providing business advisory services in Asia. He began his career in the Australian Treasury where he was involved in International Capital Markets issues and infrastructure financing. During this time he also served as Senior Executive Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury, Sir Frederick Wheeler. Mr. Ollquist has worked for a major resources bank in Amsterdam, and in corporate finance in New York, Los Angeles and Sydney. He was an early pioneer in Chinabased investments, having founded Orient Packaging Holdings in Wuhan, China in 1997. The company subsequently listed in the United States and ultimately sold to a Canadianlisted forest products group. He served as a director of China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, Inc. from February 2009 to August 2009 since 1993.
