Mr. David F. Thomas is Group Chief Executive, Executive Director of the Company. David joined as an Executive Director and Group Finance Director on 21 July 2009 and was appointed Chief Executive on 1 July 2015. During the period 19 January 2017 to 22 June 2017, David also held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Member of the Disclosure Committee and member of the Nomination Committee until 30 June 2017. David brings a wealth of financial and leadership experience acquired over a number of years in senior positions. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was formerly Group Finance Director and Deputy Chief Executive of The GAME Group plc . Before that he was the Group Finance Director at Millennium and Copthorne Hotels plc and held senior financial roles with House of Fraser plc and Forte plc. since 2015.
