Mr. Matthew Beale serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Beale, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Beale was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2015 and President in December 2015. He joined the CDTi Board of Directors in September 2014. From May 2013 until September 2015, Mr. Beale served as Group Strategy Officer at Landi Renzo SpA, a multinational engineering and manufacturing company based in Italy focused on alternative fuel systems and components for OEM and aftermarket automotive applications. From July 2012 to April 2013, Mr. Beale was a strategy consultant to the alternative fuel systems industry focused on business and capital markets strategies. Prior to that, he held several leadership positions at Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc., a producer of fuel systems and components for automotive and industrial markets, including CoPresident and Head of IMPCO Operations from April 2011 to June 2012 Chief Financial Officer from May 2009 to March 2011 President and Secretary from May 2008 to March 2011 and Vice President of Business Development from February 2007 to April 2008. Previously, Mr. Beale held international corporate finance and banking positions with CVS Partners from 2005 to 2007 with Citigroup Inc. from 2000 to 2004 and with JP Morgan from 1994 to 2000 since 2015.

CDTi Advanced Materials Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the CDTi Advanced's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: CDTi Advanced inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of CDTi. The board's role is to monitor CDTi Advanced's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. CDTi Advanced's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
