Ms. Rucker also served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Governance Officer of Energy Future Holdings Corporationration, an energy company, from 2004 to 2008. She was also Corporationrationrate Counsel for KimberlyClark Corporation and a Partner in the Corporationrationrate Securities group at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP. Ms. Rucker has served on the board of directors of Lennox International Inc., a global provider of climate control solutions, including currently serving as a member of the governance committee and the compensation and human resources committee. Ms. Rucker also serves on the board of directors of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, and serves as a member of its sustainability committee. since 2019.
