Mr. Stuart Raftus serves as Chief Administrative Officer, Canaccord Genuity Group Inc.President, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management of the Company. Since October, 2015. He is responsible for oversight of the firms global operations, information technology, facilities, human resources and marketing. He continues to serve as President of Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in Canada, an appointment he has held since January 2014. Additionally, Mr. Raftus is a member of the Canaccord Genuity Corporationration Board of Directors, the Canadian operating subsidiary of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. Mr. Raftus has indepth and broad experience in the financial services industry in Canada and the United States. He has a proven track record of implementing unique business strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies, implementing organizational change and fueling growth. Since taking over Canaccord Genuitys Canadian wealth management division, Mr. Raftus has restructured the business and returned it to profitability. Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., Mr. Raftus held various executive leadership and operations roles, including CEO of Seamark Asset Management, Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management USA Distribution for CIBC Oppenheimer and President and COO of Rockwater Capital. Mr. Raftus spent 16 years with Merrill Lynch CanadaMidland Walwyn, in various roles including NYC District Sales Manager and National Director of Canadian Wealth Management. Mr. Raftus is actively involved as a member of the Board of Governors and chairs the Development Committee at Crescent School in Toronto. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as a board member for the Investment Industry Association of Canada. His philanthropic efforts are focused primarily on improving childrens health, Mr. Raftus is an avid supporter of The Hospital for Sick Children. since 2015.
