Mr. Glenn P. Barba is Vice President, Controller, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. He is also is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Consumers since 2003. Previously, Barba was vice president and controller of Consumers Energy, having joined the utility in June 2001 as controller. From 1997 to June 2001, Barba served as controller of CMS Generation and prior to 1997, he spent nine years in public accounting, focusing on the energy industry. Barba is a certified public accountant and a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Michigan, earning a masters degree in accounting concurrently with a bachelors degree in business administration since 2021.
