In addition to that, he has also held posts in other companies. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Veiga de Almeida UVA. He also concluded post graduate degrees in Project Analysis in 1997 and in Energy Management in 2001 at both Fundacao Getulio Vargas. since 2010.
