Satterfield was employed by the Company from January 31, 2015 to the present. Prior to that he was the sole shareholder and owner of DNA Logix, Inc. from January 2013 to January 31, 2015, and in DNA Logix he developed and patented the technology now owned by the Company. He founded CoDiagnostics in April 2013 and is the first in his field to use engineering mathematics to design new DNA testing technology. From 2006 to 2008, he was employed by Arcxis Biotechnologies where he developed new diagnostic platforms for groups such as the Department of Homeland Security, the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center, the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Disease, Sandia National Laboratories, the California Department of Public Health and numerous others.
