Mr. Marc Smernoff is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. Prior to that, he served as our Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President from August 2014 until August 2015. From August 2004 through April 2015, he served as a Director at The Yucaipa Companies, LLC. Prior to joining Yucaipa, from 2003 to 2004 he was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at KPMG, and from 2000 through 2002, he was an associate at Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Smernoff was a member of our Board from March 2008 until December 2009 and has served on the board of directors of Eimskipaflag Islands hf since September 2009 since 2015.
