Previously, Jennifer spent nearly seventeen years at IBM, progressing through increasingly senior roles, including leading all Litigation and as General Counsel of IBM Americas. Her last assignment at IBM was Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Chief Trust and Compliance Officer, where she was the company first Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining IBM, Jennifer worked at law firms in New York. She is graduate from University of Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in the year 1985 and J.D form Harvard Law School, 1985. since 2014.
