McGavney is an experienced junior mining company executive with prior roles in both public and private companies. From 2003 to 2009, he was a founder and president of Skye Capital Corporation Inc. Skye Capital assisted in founding, financing and managing junior exploration startups as well as restructuring situations. Two such private exploration companies were Northern Lorena Resources and High Tide Resources. Northern Lorena was a uranium exploration company that was acquired by Mega Uranium, and High Tide Resources was a gold/silver exploration company that was acquired by Avidian Gold. From 2009 to 2016, Mr. McGavney served as an investment adviser with TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, a division of TD Bank Group. Since 2016, he has acted as an independent finance/marketing consultant to several public and private mining/exploration companies.

Colibri Resource Management Efficiency

The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (0.1556) % which means that it has lost $0.1556 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows a return on equity (ROE) of 0.1003 %, meaning that it generated $0.1003 on every $100 dollars invested by stockholders. Colibri Resource's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Colibri Resource manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
Colibri Resource has accumulated 813.58 K in total debt. Colibri Resource has a current ratio of 1.21, suggesting that it is in a questionable position to pay out its financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist Colibri Resource until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Colibri Resource's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Colibri Resource sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Colibri to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Colibri Resource's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
