Computer Services Management Efficiency

The company has return on total asset (ROA) of 0.1127 % which means that it generated a profit of $0.1127 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows a return on stockholder's equity (ROE) of 0.2288 %, meaning that it created $0.2288 on every $100 dollars invested by stockholders. Computer Services' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Computer Services manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
Computer Services currently holds 5.42 M in liabilities with Debt to Equity (D/E) ratio of 0.02, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. Computer Services has a current ratio of 1.21, suggesting that it is in a questionable position to pay out its financial obligations when due. Debt can assist Computer Services until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Computer Services' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Computer Services sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Computer to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Computer Services' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
