Mr. Brown is currently the owner of, and since 2011 the chief advisor for, CRW Energy, a consulting firm focused in the international power and utility industries. From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Brown served as a partner in the energy department of McGuireWoods LLP, a large international law firm. Mr. Brown was appointed to the Board because of his experience in the energy industry, and because, as an attorney, he provides the Board with valuable expertise in matters involving the financial, legal, regulatory and risk matters affecting the Partnership. since 2012.

Delek Logistics Partners Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Delek Logistics' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Delek Logistics inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Delek.
