Mr. Schlecht previously served as our Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from February 2003 to February 2015, as President from February 2003 to February 2012 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GEMPLERS, Inc., which he founded in 1986 until February 2003 since 2012.
