Mr. Miguel Stilwell de Andrade serves as Member of the Executive Board of Directors of EDP Energias de Portugal SA, since February 20, 2012. He has also been Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of EDP Innovation, EDP Ventures and EDP Gas Distribution. He holds a Masters of Engineering degree with distinction in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. since 2012.
