Mr. Rui Manuel Rodrigues Lopes Teixeira serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of EDP Renovaveis S.A. since April 11 2011. He serves as CFO since June 4 2008. He is also Member of the Companys Executive Committee and the Management team. From 1996 to 1997 He was Assistant Director of the commercial naval department of GellweilerSociedade Equipamentos Maritimos e lndustriaies Ltda. From 1997 to 2001 He worked as a project manager and ship surveyor for Det Norske Veritas with responsibilities for offshore structures shipbuilding and ship repair. Between 2001 and 2004 he was a consultant at McKensey Company focusing on energy shipping and retail banking. From 2004 to 2007 he headed the corporate planning and control division within the EDP Group. In 2007 he has also served as Chief Financial Officer of EDP Renewables Europe St. He is also a Director on the board of directors of a number of subsidiaries of the Company Group. He holds a MS degree in Naval Architecture from Instituto Superior Tecnico de Lisboa of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. since 2011.
