Mr. Xavier Martire has served as Chairman of the Management Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer of ELIS S.A since September 5, 2014. He was first appointed on October 21, 2008 as President of the Company under its former structure as a French simplified limited liability company. He began his career at SNCF in 1997 as TGV maintenance workshop foreman. He joined the Elis Group in 1999 as a Profit Center Director and subsequently held positions as Regional Manager and Deputy CEO in charge of business in France, before being appointed Chairman of the Company in 2008. He holds degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elis Services SA, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M.A.J. SA and Director of Pierette TBA SA, among others. since 2014.
