Mr. Fernan Gazmuri Plaza serves as Independent Director of Enersis Chile S.A. since April 28, 2016. Fernn Gazmuri is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Catlica de Chile. He currently holds the position of director in different Chilean companies not related to the Enel Group. Among them he was president of Citron Chile SAC since 1983, president of the Chilean Security Association since July 2011, and since May 2014, vice president of Invexans SA ., a Chilean instrumental company of the French cable producer Nexans. In addition, since 2005, he was the director of the Sociedad de Fomento Fabril, a nonprofit business association that represents the views and interests of Chilean businessmen and the National Automotive Association.
