Mr. Khilnani has over 35 years of experience in the electronics, aerospace and commercial manufacturing industries, including extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and international business development in Asia and Europe as well as North America. In addition to serving on the Companys Board of Directors, Mr. Khilnani is a director of Materion Corporationrationration, a manufacturer of advanced materials, performance alloys and composites, and precision coatings, where he serves as NonExecutive Chairman of the Board and Chair of both the Executive Committee and the Governance and Organization Committee as well as a member of the Compensation Committee a director of 1st Source Corporationrationration, the parent company of 1st Source Bank, where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee and a director of Gibraltar Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of products for the building markets, where he serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee since 2016.
