Mr. Joseph M. Field is the Chairman Emeritus and Director of Entercom Communications Corporationration Mr. Field founded Entercom in 1968, served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from formation until 1998, as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from formation until 2002, as Chairman until 2017, and as a Director at all times since our inception. Before entering the broadcasting business, Mr. Field practiced law for 14 years in New York and Philadelphia. Mr. Field served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Broadcasters for the years 1992 through 1996. At present Mr. Field serves on the Boards of Directors of the Broadcasters Foundation, the Philadelphia Orchestra Association, The Mary Louise Curtis Bok Foundation, The Settlement Music School, The National Liberty Museum, The Philadelphia Chamber Music Society and The Foreign Policy Research Institute. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvanias Field Center for Childrens Policy, Practice Research. Mr. Field has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an L.L.B. from Yale Law School and a D.M. from the Curtis Institute of Music. Mr. Field is the father of David J. Field. since 2017.
