Ms. Valerie A. Mosley is Independent Trustee of Eaton Vance TaxManaged Global Diversified Equity Income Fund. Ms. Mosley has served as a member of the Eaton Vance Fund Boards since January 1, 2014. She currently owns and manages a consulting and investment firm, Valmo Ventures and is a Director of Progress Investment Management Company, a manager of emerging managers where she serves on the boards audit and investment committees. From 1992 through 2012, Ms. Mosley served in several capacities at Wellington Management Company, LLP, an investment management firm, including as a Partner, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Investment Strategist. Ms. Mosley also served as Chief Investment Officer at PG Corbin Asset Management from 19901992 and worked in institutional corporate bond sales at Kidder Peabody from 19861990. Ms. Mosley is a Director of Dynex Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, and also serves as a trustee or board member of several major nonprofit organizations and endowments, including Mass Ventures, a quasipublic earlystage investment corporation active in Massachusetts, and the PublicPrivate Partnership Infrastructure Commission in Massachusetts, which reviews publicprivate partnership options to pay for large infrastructure projects. She is a member of the Risk Audit Committee of the United Auto Workers Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of New York State Common Retirement Fund.
