Ms. Kristy Williams Fercho is the Executive Vice President and President of Mortgage of the company. She joined the Bank in September 2017 as Executive Vice President and President of Mortgage. In this capacity, she is responsible for the direction and oversight of all aspects of Flagstars mortgage business and its continued expansion. From January 2015 to June 2017, she was a Senior Vice President Single Family with Fannie Mae responsible for the customer delivery strategy and business performance of all customers in the western U.S. delivering singlefamily home loans to the agency. Her experience in the mortgage industry covers mortgage originations, fulfillment, risk management, secondary marketing, servicing, and regulation, as she held various customer management roles with Fannie Mae since 2007. From May 2002 until April 2007, she was a Vice President of Human Resources with Fannie Mae. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association. since 2018.
