Mr. Johnson joined CheckFree in 1982 as vice president of operations. Additionally, Mr. Johnson was responsible for the development and launch of CheckFrees commercial and consumer electronic funds transfer services and CheckFrees electronic bill payment and bill presentment businesses as well as the development of key strategic alliances and marketing initiatives. Mr. Johnson also served on the Board of Directors of CheckFree from 1982 to 2007 since 2003.
