Mr. Jeffery R. Hayward is Executive Vice President, Head Multifamily of the Company. Mr. Hayward has served as Head of Multifamily since 2012, first as Senior Vice President and, since December 2014, as Executive Vice President, after serving in various roles at Fannie Mae for over 25 years. He was Fannie Maes Senior Vice PresidentNational Servicing Organization from 2010 to 2012. He also served as Senior Vice President of Community Lending in Fannie Maes Multifamily division from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that time, Mr. Hayward served as both a Senior Vice President and a Vice President in Fannie Maes SingleFamily division, including as Senior Vice President in the National Business Center from 2001 to 2004, as Vice President for SingleFamily Business Strategy from 1999 to 2001, as Vice President for Asset Management Services from 1998 to 1999 and as Vice President for Quality Control and Operations from 1996 to 1998.
