Ms. Clark graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Ms. Clark is a director of Garrett Motion Inc., an automobile technology provider, and Nutrien Ltd., the worlds largest provider of crop inputs, services and solutions since 2015.
