Mr. Robert F. Mehmel is President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company., since December 2012. From August 2008 to October 2012, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of DRS Technologies, a supplier of integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and prime contractors worldwide. From May 2006 to August 2008, Mr. Mehmel was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DRS and from January 2001 to May 2006, he was Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy, of DRS. Prior to joining DRS, Mr. Mehmel held a number of executive and management roles of increasing responsibility in the defense and electronics industry. Mr. Mehmel brings to the Board extensive experience in the defense industry, as well as with respect to mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of corporate operations and management. since 2018.
