Mr. Edmund J. Burke is President, Prinicipal Executive Officer, Trustee of Clough Global Opportunities Fund. Mr. Burke joined ALPS Fund Services, Inc. in 1991 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of ALPS Holdings, Inc., and a Director of ALPS Advisors, Inc., ALPS Distributors, Inc., ALPS Fund Services, Inc., and ALPS Portfolio Solutions Distributor, Inc. These organizations specialize in the daytoday operations associated with both open and closedend investment companies, exchange traded funds and hedge funds. In addition, Mr. Burke is also currently Trustee, Chairman and President of the Financial Investors Trust, an openend investment company, and Trustee and VicePresident of the Liberty AllStar Equity Fund and Director and Vice President of the Liberty AllStar Growth Fund, Inc., each a closedend investment company. Additionally, Mr. Burke is on the Board of Directors of Boston Financial Data Services, Inc., a financial services solutions provider. Mr. Burke has served as Trustee for each Fund since 2006 and as an interested trustee he does not serve as a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.

Clough Global Opport Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Clough Global's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Clough Global inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Clough. The board's role is to monitor Clough Global's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Clough Global's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Clough Global's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
