Mr. Nathaniel J. Rose, CFA is Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer of the Company. He was an executive vice president since 2015 and our chief investment officer since 2017. He served as our chief operating officer from 2015 to 2017, our chief investment officer from 2013 to 2015 and was with the Company and its Predecessor since 2000. He was involved with a vast majority of our transactions since 2000. He earned a joint BS and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond in 2000, a MBA degree from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia in 2009, is a CFA charter holder and has passed the CPA examination. He holds a Series 63 and 79 securities licenses. since 2021.
