Mr. Jeffrey Holman is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Vapor Corporationration He was appointed as Director of the Company on May 9, 2013. He was one of the Founders of the Company and prior to being appointed as President, Mr. Holman served as an employee of the Company. On October 1, 2009, Mr. Holman received a 6year option to purchase up to 600, 000 shares of Company common stock which vested monthly on a prorata basis over twelve months, and are exercisable at 0.45 per share, and there are no other transactions in which Mr. Holman has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404 of Regulation SK. Mr. Holman was the President of Jeffrey E. Holman Associates, P.A., a South Florida Based law firm, since 1998. He has also been a Partner in Holman, Cohen Valencia since the year 2000. Mr. Holman graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree since 2015.
