Mr. Johnson is a 25 percent owner, and the managing member, of Fire and Stone Group, LLC, which owns and operates a funeral home in Batesville, Indiana. Mr. Johnson previously served on the Board of Great Western Life Insurance, where he also served on the Audit Committee. He also previously served on the Board of the Funeral Service Foundation from 2004 until 2010. since 2008.
