Mr. Browning previously served as a director of Endeavour International Corporationrationration, an international oil and gas exploration and production company. Qualifications Mr. Browning, whose extensive financial knowledge and experience qualifies him as an audit committee financial expert, serves as the Chair of our Audit Committee. His public accounting experience with various industries during his long tenure with KPMG provides him with extensive knowledge and experience in addressing financial and accounting matters.
