Mr. Michael T. Miller is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Installed Building Products, Inc. Mr. Miller has served as our most senior financial officer since he joined us in 2000 as our Executive Vice President Finance. He was our Chief Financial Officer since 2013 and a director since 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Miller held the position of Senior Vice PresidentManaging Director responsible for Corporationrationrate Investment Banking at Huntington Capital Corporationration, a subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares, Inc., a regional bank holding company. Before joining Huntington in 1991, Mr. Miller held various positions with Deutsche Bank and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in New York. Mr. Miller began his career at First Union National Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University. Mr. Miller serves on the board of BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. and is a member of its audit committee. since 2017.
