Ms. Florence Peronnau has served as NonExecutive Independent Director of Icade S.A. since May 23, 2016. She is Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, as well as Member of the Strategy and Investment Committee of the Company and of Innovation and CSR Committee.
