Mr. Roger B. Vincent is Independent Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ING Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund. He was a Trustee of the Funds and a board member of other investment companies in the Voya family of funds since 2002. He also previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 2007 January 21, 2014 and, prior to that, as Chairperson of both the Boards Contracts Committee and the Domestic Equity Funds Investment Review Committee . Mr. Vincent retired in 2011 as President of Springwell Corporation, where he had worked since 1989. He is a Director of UGI Corporation and UGI Utilities, Inc. . He previously worked for 20 years at Bankers Trust Company where he was a Managing Director and a member of the banks senior executive partnership. He also previously served as a Director of AmeriGas Partners, L.P., Tatham Offshore, Inc., and Petrolane, Inc., and as a board member of certain predecessor funds of the Voya family of funds . Mr. Vincent is a member of the board of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum and a past Director of the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors
