Mr. Michael Nelson Gibbs serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is an Independent Director of Infosys from July 2018. He is the member of Risk and Strategy Committee of the Board. He has chaired several church and missions boards and currently serves as ViceChair of A Childs Hope Haiti serving the orphans of Haiti since 2018.

Gibbs graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Management Science. He completed the Executive Management Program at Penn State University in 1997 and the Concours/Cash CIO Leadership Program in 2004.
