Ms. Nathalie Harroy serves as Head of Human Resources at Inventiva S.A. She is a Human Resources expert in Research and Development. She has worked for many years with different R D structures. After graduation with DEST in Human Resources, she started her career at Urgo laboratories in the early 1990s before taking HR responsibilities in the RD department of Fournier Pharmaceuticals in 2001. She was instrumental in the Fournier efforts to reorganize its RD organization into a project oriented structure and transform the way the company provides human resources services to the research Unit. She was then responsible for the HR Research activities of Solvay Pharmaceuticals in France until 2007 and then Abbott before joining the Inventiva project as Head of Human Resources. She has acquired an extensive experience in the management of the various HR aspects specific to Research and Development by actively participating in the implementation of several local or globalized structures.
