Mr. Vladimir Sergeevich Travkov has served as Member of the Management Board, Vice President Finance Investments at AFK Sistema PAO, since April 2, 2018. Since 2003 he has held management positions in MTS Group, including as director of the Functional Control Department since 2016. His responsibilities included oversight of the investment process and the activities of various departments of the company, financial planning, budgeting and control of operational costs. Previously he headed up the Departments of Planning, Management Accounting and Analysis and other departments. He is a member of the Audit Committee reporting to the Board of Directors of MTS Bank, and a member of the boards of directors of PJSC MGTS, CJSC MTS Armenia and JSC Nvision Group. Mr. Travkov graduated in Economics and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University. since 2018.

Sistema Public Joint Leadership Team
