Mr. Hu Xiaoming serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Kandi Technologies Incorporation. He was appointed as our Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board in June 2007. Prior to joining the Company, from October 2003 to April 2005, Mr. Hu served as the Project Manager in the WX Pure Electric Vehicle Development Important Project of Electrovehicle in the State 863 Plan. From October 1984 to March 2003, Mr. Hu served as Factory Director of the Yongkang Instrument Factory, Factory Director of the Yongkang Mini Car Factory, Chairman and General Manager of the Yongkang Vehicle Company, General Manager of the Wan Xiang Electric Vehicle Developing Center and the General Manager of the Wan Xiang Battery Company. Mr. Hu personally owned 4 invention patents and 7 utility model patents, which he transferred to the Company in fiscal year 2012. Mr. Hus experience as our Chief Executive Officer and President, as well as Chairman of the Board, and extensive scientific and operational knowledge and expertise qualifies him to serve as Chairman of the Board and led the Board to conclude that he should be nominated to serve another term as a director. since 2007.
