Mr. Terrance R. Ahern serves as Director of the Company. since May 2017. He is currently chairman of the board of directors of Site Centers Corporationration, a selfadministered and selfmanaged real estate investment trust, where he also serves as chair of the compensation committee and member of the audit committee, dividend declaration committee and pricing committee. He previously served as an independent director on the board of directors of Berkshire Realty Company, Inc. from 1997 until the company was taken private in 1999 since 2017.
