Mr. Cecil H. Moore, Jr, is an Independent Director of Kronos Worldwide, Inc. From prior to 2014 until 2014, he served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Digital Generation, Inc., a former publicly held provider of digital technology services to media outlets. From 2003 until 2009, Mr. Moore served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Perot Systems. Mr. Moore is a licensed certified public accountant. Since prior to 2014, he has served as a director and on the audit committee of NL. Since 2016, he has served as a director and as the chairman of the audit committee of CompX. He is the chairman of our audit committee since 2003.
