Mr. Steven J. Heyer serves as Independent Director of the Company. Previously, Mr. Heyer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Young Rubicam Advertising Worldwide, and before that spent 15 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President and Managing Partner. Mr. Heyer was a member of the board of directors of Omnicare, Inc. from 2008 until August 2015. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Heyer worked with a number of leading private equity and VC firms focused on financially distressed startup companies and turnaround situations, one of which was Harry David Holdings, Inc., a company that was in financial distress at the time of his appointment as Chairman and CEO in February 2010 and that filed for bankruptcy protection in March 2011. Mr. Heyer resigned as CEO prior to the companys bankruptcy filing but remained as Chairman to provide guidance and leadership through the bankruptcy proceedings. The company emerged from bankruptcy in September 2011, and Mr. Heyer resigned as Chairman at that time.
