Mr. Michael J. Foster is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the LSB Industries Inc. Before his appointment as the Tronox General Counsel, Mr. Foster served as its Managing Counsel where he led the operations of the Tronox legal team following its spinoff from KerrMcGee Corporationrationration. Prior to the Tronox spinoff, Mr. Foster served as a member of the KerrMcGee legal team. His earlier experience includes nearly five years in the midstream energy industry and more than five years in the public and private practice of law since 2018.
