Mr. Jonathan G. Ornstein is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Ornstein was with us since being named President in 1998, and Chairman of the Board in 1999. Mr. Ornstein cofounded Virgin Express S.A.N.V., an airline in Brussels, Belgium, where he served as chief executive officer and chairman from 1995 until 1999. In 1994, Mr. Ornstein served as chief executive officer of Continental Express, and was later named senior vice president of airport services for Continental Airlines. Mr. Ornsteins first tenure with us was from 1988 to 1994, serving as our Executive Vice President and President of our thenwholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Ornstein began his career in aviation in 1986 with AirLA, a commuter airline in Los Angeles. Mr. Ornstein attended the University of Pennsylvania. since 2000.
