Mr. Perlowskis experience as Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc. since 2009, as the Head of BlackRock Global Fund Accounting Services since 2009, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Funds since 2011 provides him with a strong understanding of the Funds, their operations, and the business and regulatory issues facing the Funds.
