He also directed CIRIs efforts in developing renewable and alternative energy projects. Mr. Schutt previously served as a member of the board of Doyon, Limited and served as General Counsel for Tanana Chiefs Conference. Mr. Schutt is an expert on ANCSA lands and resources and currently teaches a class on the topic at the University of Alaska Anchorage since 2019.
